Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Austria, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Switzerland.
How long will my order take to arrive?
• Our delivery time is 2–12 business days, depending on item availability.
Because we sustainably produce in small, handcrafted batches, some items may take longer to prepare before shipment.
• You will see the delivery time for each item displayed under the color selection on the product page
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
All orders are shipped from within the European Union, so you won’t face unexpected customs fees.

Yes. If you're not fully satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Yes. Femme Ani bags are made with carefully selected genuine leather exteriors and durable fabric linings. They’re designed to last season after season.
Where are your bags made?
Our bags are ethically produced in small batches in our trusted factory in China. We work closely with our factory partners to ensure quality and fair production practices.
Do you offer vegan options?
Not yet, but we're actively exploring high-quality, non-leather alternatives for future collections. This requires deep research to ensure we don’t contribute to microplastics or toxic pollution — and it’s part of our future vision.

Each Femme Ani bag is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Your order comes in a secure shipping box and includes a soft, quality dust bag for safe storage. Whether it’s a gift or a treat for yourself, the unboxing experience is designed to feel special.
Care & Use
How do I take care of my bag?
We recommend storing your bag in its dust bag when not in use and avoiding direct contact with water, oils, or excessive sunlight. A leather conditioner can help maintain softness and prevent cracking over time.
Are Femme Ani bags waterproof?
While our leather is treated to be water-resistant, it’s not waterproof. Please avoid prolonged exposure to rain or moisture.
